Introduction

TicketingHub has multiple APIs that provide external applications with access to data stored on our platform. Choose the API most relevant to your application's function and you will find all the API endpoints and documentation here.

Channel API

Suppliers use channels to make external bookings. A channel can be given custom pricing and availability allocations. All bookings can be grouped by channel to give the supplier reporting into relative channel performance.

An example of a channel might be a supplier's own website or mobile app. As well as a 3rd party publisher who wishes to resell their tickets.

Supplier API

This API gives complete control over the supplier's account, allowing pricing, availability, inventory and bookings to be created, updated or cancelled. TicketingHub's own dashboard is powered by this API.

Recommended use cases are custom reporting, CRMs, accounting integration, entry management/turnstiles etc.
